Laurie’s Interview with Michael Short

The other day I was in a local grocery chain called Sobey’s. They had an unbelievable selection of dried mushrooms including some varieties that I had never seen before. They also had Brie and Camembert by Danesborg and it doesn’t need to be refrigerated. These items will be great for wilderness trips.

A Fork in the Trail was reviewed in the Calgary Herald today. The interview was fun and there are a couple recipes from the book in the article.
