I’ve discovered a new hot sauce that I really like. It is called Balsamic Heat and is made by G & F Foods. Balsamic Heat, as the sauce is called, is delicious on chicken in a wrap with some sweet peppers and it makes a great addition to soups.

I love to drink tea on wilderness trips and most often my choice is loose tea. I’ve been using tSacs or cheesecloth baggies but Mountain Equipment Co-op is now carrying the Urban Elements Tea Traveller and I can’t wait to try it out.
