the latest book news
Wilderness
Press, with TouchWood Editions just released the Another Fork in
the Trail. This is the second book in my trail cooking series
and while A Fork in the Trail has a wide variety of vegetarian
options, my second book is comprised entirely of vegetarian and vegan
recipes with a secondary emphasis on gluten-free backpacking. The
book was released in May 2011.
I am pleased to announce that I am a regular contributor
for an American backpacking publication in the Pacific Northwest called
Seattle Backpackers Magazine where I share trail food ideas and recipes
every month.
