Examiner.com (USA) - November 2009 - the Tuna Bagel with Black Bean and Corn Salsa recipe was featured in the Backpacker Examiner by Patricia Poulin. The piece was entitled Backpacking Trail Gourmet: Lunchtime on the Trail. Get Out! Outdoor Adventure in the Ohio River Region (USA) - October 2009 - the Chana Masala was featured in the Backcountry Gourmet section. A delicious photo of the dish, taken by Mary Reed, was included. This recipe will appear in Another Fork in the Trail. Backpacker Magazine (USA) - August 2009 - an adaptation of the Blueberry-Banana Peanut Butter Bar recipe was featured in the Backpacker Blogs. The piece was entitled Trail Chef: The Search for the Perfect Trail Bar. Get Out!
